A tornado more than a mile wide nearly leveled Greensburg, Kan., on Friday. At least eight people died and many were injured. Emergency officials said they were shocked by the level of destruction. "Normally, it will take out one area," FEMA regional administrator Dick Hainje said. "In this case, it's very nearly total destruction. It's catastrophic."
