Ohio's Orrville and Rittman school districts, which together have about 2,850 students -- plan to share a superintendent in an arrangement believed to be the first of its kind in the state. "We've realized that we're dealing with a limited pool of resources," said the soon-to-be-shared superintendent, Jon Ritchie. "This is a way we can maximize the services we provide kids."
