Celebrity chef Laurent Tourondel, founder of the BLT restaurants, has opened one New York restaurant that offers a choice of four different cuts of Kobe or Black Angus for its burgers, along with a variety of toppings, from avocado and Portobello mushrooms to blue cheese or chili.
