Sales of portion-controlled, 100-calorie packs of crackers, chips, cookies and candy increased 30% last year to $20 million a year. Companies including Frito-Lay, Pepperidge Farm, Hershey and Nabisco continue to add new products to the portion-controlled mix, such as Herhey's Twizzlers and Nabisco's Alpha-Bits and Animals Choco Crackers.
