The restaurants at Kimpton Group's three leading San Francisco hotels will see major changes in order to boost their profiles -- and their profits. The Fifth Floor restaurant -- located in the Hotel Palomar, which Kimpton recently sold but will continue to operate -- is set to receive the most sweeping alterations, with an extensive renovation planned for the end of the year through February 2008, and upgrades are also planned at the Grand Cafe in Hotel Monaco and menu changes at Scala's Bistro in the Sir Francis Drake.
