Chef Frank Tujague of The Westin New York hotel at Times Square serves a bagel topped with white truffle cream cheese and goji berry infused Riesling jelly with golden leaves, at a cool cost of $1,000. White truffles are trumped only by caviar as the most expensive food in the world, and the bagel dish was created partly to help raise money for a scholarship fund for culinary students.
