The Metropolitan Authority in New York has unveiled proposals for projects to be built on the Hudson Yards tract on Manhattan's West Side. The site once was considered as a home for the New York Jets' stadium, but the new plans, from five development teams, include a proposal for a "triple tower" skyscraper and a residential building with a "running track in the sky" between the towers.
