For its holiday shopping push, Wal-Mart is putting the focus in its TV spots on the positive impact of its discount prices: more cash in its customers' pockets to make their Christmas giving go further. The "Save money. Live better" effort is the first holiday campaign from the Interpublic Group's The Martin Agency, Richmond, Va., which assumed creative duties on the retailer's ad account in January.
