Work is progressing on Cira Centre South, a 2.8 million-square-foot mixed-use project on 14 acres of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. The project, estimated to cost $800 million, is being built by Brandywine Realty Trust and the university, and crews already have demolished a block-long post office truck terminal annex on the site.
