British scientists have linked a bug called Mycobacterium paratuberculosis found in some fresh milk to Crohn's disease -- a finding that could lead to a change in milk production methods. "While the findings of the study are interesting, it is important to stress that not all Crohn's patients have MAP in their intestines," U.K. Dairy Council director Judith Bryans said. "There is no need for anyone to alter their consumption of milk based on current scientific knowledge."
