Whatever upgrades Yahoo!'s leaders propose in their bid to turn around the business, the changes must reflect an overarching vision of the Web giant's future, according to this article by BusinessWeek's Robert Hof. "Its leaders -- in particular co-founder and Chief Executive Jerry Yang -- need to decide once and for all what Yahoo! stands for in a new era dominated by search and social networking," Hof writes. "And they must clearly articulate how they're going to get it there."
