China will introduce new food-labeling standards by May 1, according to a new order from the Health Ministry. The move occurred in response to concerns about the country's food and product safety -- an issue that grows more prominent as the Olympic Games in August approach. "The standards emphasize that the food labels must be accurate and objective and without false claims or exaggerations about the benefits of the product," according to the order.
