The generation known as the "Millennials" is entering the work force, bringing a new work ethic, for better or worse -- and the outcome of which is the subject of debate. One thing that is certain, however, is that the number of job openings baby boomers leave at retirement will be too big for the Millennials to fill, creating a buyers market of sorts for job seekers. Employers need to learn to understand the mentality of this group and be prepared to change their management style.
