New Jersey lawmakers on Monday narrowly adopted Gov. Jon Corzine's controversial $7.8 billion school-funding bill. The final vote needed for state Senate passage came from Republican Sen. Martha Bark, who voted in favor of the bill after an agreement was made to add to the upcoming state budget $20 million in extra aid for students with autism and other special needs.
