A new survey has found that fewer than one-third of all U.S. adults have an electronic health record, although many agreed that EHRs can help reduce medical errors and costs. About half of respondents said they have concerns about a loss of privacy with EHRs, but most people who have EHRs said they think the benefits outweigh the risks.
