Whole Foods Market will host "Foods to Live By: 100 Foods to Eat for Life" -- fairs that highlight more than 100 nutrient-dense foods -- in its mid-Atlantic stores. Stations will be set up in various store departments to showcase foods such as acorn squash, ginger and uncured turkey franks. Free calendars and recipe cards with information about these foods will be given away during the fairs.
