Japan-based Kikkoman Corp. is working on a new soy sauce blend in its Singapore laboratory in a bid to grab a bigger share of the booming Asian market, particularly in China. The company also has been developing new products aimed to suit the European palate at its facility in the Netherlands. Kikkoman's Chairman and CEO Yuzaburo Mogi said the company also plans to expand in Africa and Latin America.
