Sales of all low-sodium foods and beverages will continue to increase as consumers become more aware of health and wellness issues, according to a new Packaged Facts report. "In addition to low- and no-sodium claims, expect to see salt substitutes and salt-enhancing products making a powerful move to the market to combat the high sodium levels in our foods," Packaged Facts publisher Tatjana Meerman said.
