Leon Speakers has introduced a line of "Living Space Theater" audio systems that the company says can be tailored to the precise specs of any room. The systems come with custom-built L-C-R loudspeakers, the company's AXIS Series of in-ceiling or in-wall surround speakers and the Aaros 10-inch subwoofer/L3-1K amplifier combo.
In what Triad Speakers founder Larry Pexton describes as "the most ambitious new product launch in Triad history," the company announced its first new subwoofers in eight years. The new line, the components of which feature digital-signal processing, includes versions for in-room, in-ceiling and in-wall setup as well as companion RackAmp amplifiers.
Jamo has announced a new line of 18 in-wall and in-ceiling architectural speakers, the company's biggest product launch to date. The company says the focus of the new line is on easy installation. The speakers will be priced from $299 to $899 and launch this month.
SpeakerCraft introduced several new products at a recent industry conference, which the company hopes will please its often discerning customers. Included in the new lineup are new NEAT! in-wall speakers, which have no outside trim and mount perfectly flat with the wall, creating a nearly invisible look.
