Puebla, Mexico, has long been known for its culinary delights and traditional Mexican dishes, such as mole poblano. Beyond the food, however, this wealthy city just two hours from Mexico City offers cafe-filled squares, a bustling arts-and-crafts culture and colonial delights. New hotels are being added to the mix along with easier access from the U.S. thanks to improved airline services.
