Blackford Development acquired Queensgate Shopping Center in York, Pa., from A&B Realty for $19.7 million. Blackford plans to redevelop the 300,000-square-foot property and add national and local retailers.
ARC Properties has sold a $212-million portfolio of 26 retail properties to an undisclosed investor. ARC plans to focus on new acquisitions and developments in New Jersey and other markets in the New York-to-Washington corridor.
