As many as nine Georgia children, ages 8 through 10, allegedly brought a steak knife, duct tape and other weapons to school in preparation for a planned attack on a special-education teacher who had chided one of the students for standing on a chair, investigators say. The plan reportedly was disrupted after a student told a teacher that a classmate had brought a weapon onto campus. Two students were arrested Tuesday, while a third arrest was anticipated.
