Deborah Cunningham, chief investment officer at Federated Investors, and Boyce Greer, president of the fixed-income and asset-allocation division at Fidelity Investments, are set to lead a task force being set up by SIFMA to review and suggest possible changes to the current structure of credit-rating agencies. Randy Snook, SIFMA's senior managing director and executive vice president, said the task force would take a broad view of the agencies and be sure to consider proposals from "a very global perspective."
