U.S. states from Wyoming to South Carolina are wooing a new source of private businesses. Chinese entrepreneurs are buying real estate and companies, building factories, and creating jobs. Like other foreign investors, the Chinese are attracted by the diminished dollar and depressed asset prices. "They don't want to miss this opportunity to bottom-fish in the U.S.," said economist Mei Xinyu of China's Commerce Ministry.
