Wharton School professor Stewart Friedman wants you to have a healthy work-life balance and explains how you can by developing leadership abilities that allow you to reconcile and integrate -- rather than trade off and balance -- your work, home, community and private lives. Friedman discusses his book, "Total Leadership: Be a Better Leader, Have a Richer Life," and looks at causes of the imbalance and offers some ideas to identify what is most important in each so that you can improve your value and performance.
