Mars Retail Group and CandyRific have teamed to create pallet trains featuring the new M&M's character Ms. Brown. About 2,700 Walmart stores are expected to display the pallet, which includes a flashlight key chain, a 9-inch candy dispenser and bags of M&M's.
Mars Chocolate North America is expanding its M&M's brand with the addition of snack mixes in milk chocolate, dark chocolate and peanut chocolate varieties. The 8-ounce resealable bags contain ingredients including raisins, almonds, pretzels, miniature cookies and of course M&M's.
M&M's in Philadelphia Phillies colors, with the team logo and the 2008 World Series logo, are being sold by Mars Direct, a division of Mars Snackfood US. Phillies fans can visit www.mymms.com/phillies and receive 10% off any order of MY M&M'S throughout November.
Hershey drew 129,000 attendees to its promotional Taste of Bliss house parties in April to launch its new Bliss chocolate line. The company held similar house parties to promote its Cacao Reserve line.
