A new Ohio school for children with autism is using special design features to focus the attention of children with autism and one-on-one applied behavioral analysis to improve academic and social skills. "It's really a whole quantum leap in how we think about children with autism and people with autism," said program director Leslie Sinclair. "It is very emotional to see that the world is embracing that our children are capable learners and that, indeed, they deserve the opportunity to be educated in a place that they can benefit from."
