Since October, Royal Caribbean International has been testing on its Freedom of the Seas an alternative to its traditional dining program that allows passengers to choose when they dine. The new program, called My Time Dining, "has been a huge hit," according to RCI executive Lisa Bauer. The cruise line will test the program, which is in response to demands from cruisers, on two more ships this summer and then plans to launch it across the fleet by the end of 2008.
