A Florida school district that failed to adequately train a student with Asperger's syndrome must pay the family $720,000 along with legal costs that could total $1.8 million, an administrative law judge ruled. "It is clear [the district] was either unable or unwilling to provide the appropriate services to which [he] was entitled," Judge William F. Quattlebaum wrote in the ruling; the district is considering an appeal.
