"The franchisor who determines the requisite personality of an ideal franchisee and then selects him or her based on that model will be able to select individuals who grow their organizations faster, produce greater results and maintain a greater level of engagement," writes Accord Management Systems' Bill Wagner in Franchising World magazine.
