Harrah's is consolidating its creative account with Omnicom Group's BBDO West, whose San Francisco office in February won creative duties for Harrah's Las Vegas and Atlantic City properties, following a split between the client and Omnicom sibling TracyLocke. BBDO's first ads, which have the tagline, "Everyone plays a part," are planned for September.
