Consumer-electronics retailer Best Buy completed its efforts this week to convert all 965 of its U.S. locations into Mobile store-within-a-store destinations that it modeled after its 15 outlets that are dedicated solely to mobile technology. As part of a joint venture with the U.K.'s Carphone Warehouse, Best Buy will sell 90 models of handsets in the new sections as well as accessories and give employees rigorous training in mobile-technology support.
