Workers on rigs and drilling platforms in the Gulf of Mexico have begun evacuating as Tropical Storm Gustav continues making its way toward the Gulf. Oil and natural gas companies are prepared to shut down production and refineries and have added supplies in case Gustav strengthens to hurricane force. Forecasters say Gustav could eventually make landfall anywhere between South Texas and the Florida Panhandle.
