JetBlue on Saturday staged an elaborate dress rehearsal for its new Terminal 5 at John F. Kennedy International Airport, inviting 1,000 frequent fliers to pose as passengers checking in for 10 imaginary flights. The faux fliers printed boarding passes, checked bags and cleared security before heading to their assigned gates. Real flights at Terminal 5, a $743 million showplace, are scheduled to begin in October.
