A federal judge in New York allowed shareholders to proceed with a lawsuit against Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. over allegations that the company failed to disclose details of a settlement for a patent dispute involving the blood thinner Plavix. The drugmaker said its efforts to settle the Plavix case with Apotex, a Canadian generic-drug maker, "were at all times full, fair and accurate."
