Following last week's oxygen tank explosion aboard a Qantas flight that forced an emergency landing in the Philippines, the Australian airline has completed an inspection of all oxygen tanks aboard its fleet of jumbo jets. The Boeing 747-400s made an emergency landing last week when the blast tore a hole in the fuselage and caused decompression in the cabin. None of the 365 people on board were injured.
