Vacancies for offices in U.S. central business districts climbed to 10.2% during the first half of the year, compared with 9.7% during the same period last year, commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield said. Despite lower demand, the price of central office space climbed more than $9 in the past year to $40.19 per square foot, Cushman & Wakefield said.
