As budget time rolls around, executives at tour operators, all-inclusive resorts, cruise lines and other leisure-travel suppliers are facing a hazy outlook. Positive indicators, such as reduced oil prices, started to boost their outlook, but turmoil in the financial markets has complicated their projections, wrote columnist Ian Gittlitz. "My guess is that leisure travelers may book late next year, but they will book," Gittlitz said.
