Good roads are a vital part of keeping the economy healthy, according to New Hampshire Transportation Commissioner George Campbell. The state is hoping a court ruling will allow it to widen 20 miles of I-93. The state has already approved improvements to exit 3, which will include bridge repairs and a diamond design interchange rather than the current cloverleaf. "It is about engineering and construction, but its guts is economic development," Campbell said.
