T-Mobile said a study by the U.K.'s Ofcom telecom regulator was flawed and irrelevant in supposedly providing support for M2Z's plan to use AWS-3 spectrum to provide free mobile WiMAX services across the U.S. MZ2 asserted that Ofcom's study backed its argument the service would not interfere with T-Mobile's AWS-1 spectrum, but the carrier said the U.K. report carried little relevance for the U.S. radio spectrum.
