A new report from the DHS inspector general says police in Orlando, Fla., failed to notify the TSA in a timely manner when a Comair flight took off for Puerto Rico last year with suspected "contraband" on board. Besides marijuana, the illegal cargo included 14 guns smuggled aboard by an airline employee. Though Orlando police dispute the report's findings, the incident led to calls for greater screening of airport employees, and TSA now requires notification whenever police are called to a plane.
