Unexpectedly high job losses in November will put additional pressure on President-elect Barack Obama to create a program to ease the nation's economic crisis. Last week, the Labor Department said the U.S. economy has shed 1.25 million jobs in the past three months, with a half million in the last month alone. Meanwhile, Washington lawmakers are already discussing a stimulus package aimed at creating jobs and boosting consumer spending.
