Orbital Sciences and SpaceX have won NASA's $3.5 billion contract for supplying the International Space Station following the retirement of the space shuttle. Orbital and SpaceX will build unmanned spacecraft to ferry cargo to the space station, freeing NASA to focus on bigger projects such as the Constellation program.
