The investor 277 Walker Road LLC has acquired a 22,000-square-foot property in Prescott, Ariz., from PRICPETS Prescott Trust for $4.7 million. PetSmart is the single tenant.
Swiss investor AFIAA has acquired Elston Logan Plaza in Chicago from a partnership between Joseph Freed & Associates and Wynn & Associates for an undisclosed price. The 160,000-square-foot center was renovated in 2007.
