U.S. prices on resale of houses plummeted 13% in November, the biggest decline since records were first kept in 1968. The National Association of Realtors said it is probably the biggest drop since the 1930s. Marking the largest decline since 1989, the number of sales for single-family houses fell 7.6% from October.
