A government report found U.S. teens are using less marijuana and alcohol but more painkillers, such as Vicodin and Oxycontin. The report said the decline in drug and alcohol use has stalled in recent years, and data show white teens from middle-class families account for much of the drug use. Some 10% of high-school seniors say they used Vicodin and 4.7% Oxycontin in the past year.
