Craig Fuller made his outside-the-Beltway debut as president of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association on Wednesday with a lunchtime speech for the Wichita Aero Club in Wichita, Kan. "The idea is to get out of Washington and meet people," Fuller said of his General Aviation Leaders tour, which will take him to meetings across the Midwest during the coming week. The Reagan administration veteran said he has already met with members of the Obama administration to discuss the health of the industry. "You have to have good friends on both sides of the aisle," he told the crowd in Wichita.
