CCRA, a centralized source for booking hotels around the world, has notified Joystar that it will begin paying commissions directly to its agents for bookings made after Dec. 15. Mary Wiley, director of marketing at CCRA, said the company is striving to save its relationship with travel agents. Meanwhile, Seabourn joined ranks with Norwegian Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Lines in ceasing to take new cruise bookings on Joystar's account.
