Among the key findings of "Research Perspectives on Race and Employment in the Advertising Industry" is that in 2008 just 5.3% of agency managers and professionals were black. Nancy Hill, president and CEO of the 4A's, said: "The numbers speak for themselves. It's disappointing and discouraging. More has to be done."
