Three companies are planning initial public offerings this week, ending a 12-week dry spell. The companies issuing new publicly traded shares include Mead Johnson Nutrition Co., a spinoff from Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., security specialist O'Gara Group Inc. and Changing World Technologies Inc. "Clearly, all three IPOs successfully pricing would breathe some life and momentum into the IPO market," said Daniel P. Cummings, co-head of equity capital markets in the Americas at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
